Project overview
TON Talents is a crypto-native learning platform built on The Open Network. The idea was simple but ambitious — create a space where anyone can teach or learn, with payments and incentives powered by TON.
I was responsible for the entire product design — from information architecture to final UI. That meant designing two separate desktop experiences (one for students, one for teachers), each with its own dashboard and user flow. I also designed the Telegram Mini App, adapting the full platform experience into something that felt natural inside Telegram. Everything was built within the official TON and TON Foundation visual guidelines.
The real challenge was designing two completely different user experiences within one product. Students and teachers want different things, and the Telegram Mini App had to feel native to Telegram while still looking like TON Talents. Three surfaces, one coherent product — that was the puzzle.
The final product covered desktop and Telegram — two user types, three distinct surfaces, one unified design system. The work contributed directly to TON Foundation's decision to back the project financially. TON Talents is now funded and heading toward its Q4 2026 launch.
